Yin Yoga with Kathy Sunday Oct 11th 11am
Yin yoga uses the Chinese meridian system and aligns our physical and energy bodies with the seasons. In this Autumn Yin Yoga class with Reiki, we’ll use our yin yoga practice to slow down, soften and surrender to the stillness that is always within us, preparing us for the quiet of winter. What makes this class even more special is the addition of Reiki (always optional). One of Reiki’s primary functions is to help our bodies find homeostasis or balance. Participants often comment on the “unstuckness” they feel as well as the timelessness of deep peace and relaxation.

Join us from your home or anywhere. Make sure you log on a bit early if it's your first class so we can troubleshoot any technical issues. After you register for class we'll send you a link in a confirmation email- sometimes they go to SPAM/JUNK so check there.
Make sure you have a Yoga Mat, 2 Blocks, and a Belt.
