In all my experiences in life,I found the most rewarding is working with children and teens. Watching them develop physically,emotionally,and spiritually is one of the most beautiful things to witness in life.My goal is to introduce your child to the wonder of yoga as they begin their path into adulthood and hopefully taking those tools on and off the mat for the rest of their lives.I let them explore their inner beauty in a non-threatening and creative way.
I am a 200 hour RYT in Hatha yoga with Certifications in Yoga 4 Classrooms, Childlight Yoga and Advanced,Karma Kids,Yoga Minded 4 Teens,and Prenatal With Sue Elkind.I have had the privilege to have trained and studied with Baron Baptiste of Baptist yoga,Sharon Gannon and David life of Jivamukti Yoga,Sean Corn ,Shiva Rea and many other great teachers along my personal journey.I am also a certified Holistic Health Councelor with INN.I believe in living a holistic lifestyle to the best of my ability and believe yoga is a crucial foundation in this process.
